The creators of this website are a coalition of grassroots organizations, advocacy groups and concerned citizens dedicated to raising awareness of this facility in the commonwealth of Pennsylvania. We believe that no human being should be detained, especially for profit and that our constitution guarantees every person the right to due process when it states: nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws. No exceptions.
